Completed in 2024, the Zetland Apartments project involved the air-conditioning installation across 150 residential units in a design-intensive environment. With a focus on quality and efficiency, our team worked diligently to meet all technical and aesthetic expectations.

A major component of the job included the custom design and installation of ductwork for the basement car park, which required precise coordination with structural elements and other services. Despite the project’s complexity, we delivered a reliable and efficient HVAC solution that supported the building’s functionality while maintaining high construction standards.
