Located in Rouse Hill, 41 Terry Road is one of the largest projects undertaken by Cerox Services. The development comprises 10 towers and over 385 apartments, each with two bathrooms, serviced by a combination of ducted units and advanced VRF systems. Across the project, our team installed more than 700 fan coil units (FCUs), extensive piping, condenser units, and associated mechanical services.

Currently in its final stages, the project is set to be handed over before the end of this year. Its scale and complexity highlight our capability to deliver high-volume, multi-building installations while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines.
