This project involved a comprehensive HVAC installation for a newly constructed 98-bed residential aged care facility. Our team delivered the full mechanical scope, including 109 individual air-conditioning units, ductwork for bathrooms, and custom solutions for car park ventilation.
We also installed exhaust systems for industrial dryers and provided HVAC services for community dining areas, ensuring thermal comfort in all shared and private spaces. One of the main challenges was fitting extensive ductwork into a limited car park ceiling space, which we resolved through a custom sheet metal design. The project demonstrates our capacity to deliver complex mechanical solutions in specialised care environments.
