This project involved the demolition of the existing HVAC system and the installation of a new solution designed to service six retail stores and two large open areas within a busy shopping mall. The new system included over 80 metres of ductwork running throughout the roof and internal spaces.

To minimise disruption, all work was carried out during night shifts, allowing the mall to remain fully operational during the day. Our team coordinated seamlessly with the site’s management and tenants to ensure a smooth installation without inconvenience to customers or staff—demonstrating our ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in live, public environments.
