One of our early projects, involving a full HVAC upgrade with cassette units, FCUs, and exhaust system, delivered on time.
As one of our first major undertakings, the Fairfield Library project marked a significant milestone for our team. Our scope included the full demolition of the existing air-conditioning infrastructure and the installation of a new, efficient HVAC system tailored to the library’s requirements. This included five cassette units, three fan coil units (FCUs), and a custom-designed exhaust system to support optimal air circulation and comfort throughout the facility.
Throughout the project, we worked closely with the client and builders, adopting a solutions-focused approach to address several design challenges that arose during construction. The result was a high-quality, clean installation delivered within the project’s timeline—highlighting our commitment to reliability, adaptability, and precision.
