Completed in 2023, the Kogarah Apartments project was one of our first major undertakings following the COVID-19 period. This 12-level residential building includes 66 apartments and features a complete mechanical installation across all areas.

Our scope covered stair pressurisation systems, as well as a full ducted solution for two basement car parks. The project required a high level of detail, particularly in the final mechanical finishes and grille installations, which were completed to an exceptional standard. Our team’s commitment and coordination ensured a smooth delivery and a high-quality result that aligned with the client’s expectations
