Stratford Gardens Tahmoor

Located on Rockford Road, the Tahmoor Lifestyle Resort clubhouse required a high-capacity HVAC system to serve its expansive open areas and premium recreational facilities. One of the main challenges was working within a truss-type ceiling structure that offered minimal space for the extensive ductwork required.

Despite the constraints, our team successfully delivered a custom mechanical solution, coordinating closely with other trades to integrate services around various architectural features. These included 6mm FC soffits, partition linings, suspended ceilings, perforated ceiling panels, and acoustic wall systems. The result is a discreet, high-performance system that complements the building’s design and enhances user comfort throughout the resort.
