The Fenwick

Built in the 1880s, The Fenwick is a heritage-listed stone building located in Balmain East. Working within strict preservation requirements, our team designed and installed two new branched air-conditioning systems without compromising the building’s original character and architectural integrity.

This project required careful planning and precise execution to deliver modern comfort in a historic setting. We worked closely with stakeholders to ensure every detail respected the building's structure and aesthetic, resulting in a seamless integration of mechanical services within a sensitive heritage environment.
